Air-cooled heat pump unit
Air-cooled heat pump unit is a kind of efficient air conditioning system that uses air as a cold and heat source for energy exchange and realizes the refrigeration and heating function. It is mainly based on heat pump technology, through the evaporation and condensation process of refrigerant in the closed circulation system, the heat in the outdoor air is absorbed or released, so as to meet the needs of indoor air conditioning and heating. Its working principle is based on the compression refrigeration cycle, using the refrigerant as the carrier, through the forced heat exchange of the fan, to absorb heat or discharge heat from the atmosphere, in order to meet the needs of refrigeration or heating.
Components of the air-cooled heat pump unit:
Compressor: As the core component of the heat pump system, it is responsible for squeezing the refrigerant from the low pressure area to the high pressure area, thus changing its physical state to achieve heat absorption and release.
Evaporator: in the refrigeration mode, the evaporator absorbs the heat in the room, makes the refrigerant absorb heat and realize refrigeration; in the heating mode, the evaporator absorbs heat from the outdoor air.
Condenser: in cooling mode, the heat released by refrigerant under high pressure is transferred to outdoor air to achieve heat emission; in heat mode, the heat released by refrigerant is transferred to the room to provide heating.
Fan: used to force air through evaporator and condenser to help heat exchange.
throttle device: such as expansion valve or electronic expansion valve to regulate the pressure and flow of refrigerant to ensure that it is fully evaporated in the evaporator.
Controller: responsible for monitoring and controlling the operating parameters of the unit to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the unit.
General refrigeration nominal condition: inlet temperature 12℃, outlet temperature 7℃, ambient temperature 35℃;
General heating nominal condition: inlet temperature 40℃, outlet temperature 45℃, ambient temperature 7℃;
