The United States is one of the countries with the earliest and most mature application of air refrigeration technology. Within a wide temperature range of low temperature, the air refrigeration system has the characteristics of excellent operating performance, no odor, harmless and fast refrigeration speed, which is very suitable for the refrigeration of food. However, the traditional single-stage steam compression refrigeration technology is difficult to meet the low temperature requirements and operating conditions of perishable food refrigeration and transportation; multi-stage compression or stacked steam refrigeration leads to the reduction of system COP (refrigeration efficiency) and the increase of investment.
