Characteristics of straight expansion type constant temperature and humidity purification air conditioning

1、Unit structure 

The unit frame is aluminum alloy profile, using double panel structure.The outer panel is attached with transparent protective film, the middle is polyurethane foam,the insulation effect is good, eliminate the phenomenon of cold bridge,and there is no shell condensate phenomenon in 

various working conditions.

2、The refrigeration system

Adopts imported fully enclosed compressor or semi-enclosed screw compressor,which has the advantages of small operation, small vibration and a variety of internal protection functions.When installing, the base is placed on theshockproof cushion.

3、The fan system 

Adopts low-noise centrifugal fan, and the wind rate point is selected as the rated working point of the fan.The fan has good safety performance, small vibration and low noise.The fan bearing is an imported bearing, durable and long service life.

4、Electrical components

Electrical units are made of brand products, which can be used accurately in any harsh environment and have a long life time. The whole circuit system is equipped with a variety of protection devices: compressor overcurrent protection, fan overcurrent protection, system high and low pressure protection, humidifier water break protection, abnormal temperature and humidity alarm, power off protection and other functions.

5、The motor 

Adopts fully sealed self-fan cold three-phase non-asynchronous motor with insulation level F and protection level IP55; The indoor motor is installed on a sliding base with adjustable distance, and the outdoor motor is waterproof.

6、Humidifier 

Humidifier microcomputer signal control, has the advantages of fast humidification speed, precision,and can choose different types of humidifier according to customer requirements, than electrode type, dry steam type, ultrasonic type, spray type, etc. 

7、air filltration 

The filter is installed on the filter installation frame of the unit, which can be easily removed, cleaned or replaced; there are double nylon mesh sensors that can be cleaned and reused; and also primary and middle purification filters according to the requirements to achieve "level purification effect".

8、The electronic control system

The control system adopts PLC controller and man-machine interface touch screen. The controller consists of the main CPU and the touch-type man-machine interface, and the main CPU can complete all the control system.
